Holidays and Festival Weekends usually have a two or three night minimum stay requirement.
Corporate or long-stay rates may be available depending on the season.
Ask about using the three main floor rooms for small weddings or executive retreats.

Weekday Spring/Summer/Fall Specials:

4 day/3 night per person (double occupancy) is $119/person for king bedroom (Yes, that is $40/day/person). If you are planning a golf package, take $40 for your room and breakfast and add between $27 and $49 for 18 holes of golf depending on the course.

Weekday Ski Special:

$99 per day/person (double occupancy) for two to five nights.
Each day you get your accommodation, a sumptuous breakfast, picnic lunch, lift ticket to either Holiday Valley or HoliMont. Adjustments can be made if a lift ticket or lunch is not wanted or used. Imagine all that for only $99/day.

Note that weekday specials are Sun. night through Thurs. night except Sundays that fall on a festival or holiday.
