Efficiency Units

    

 The Darcy Unit and The Garden Unit await those of you looking for a retreat in the heart of our village. The Jefferson Inn has two attractive, efficiency units available for the business traveler or guests with a baby or young child or a dog. These units we describe as perfect for two, okay for three as they have a comfortable queen bed and a rollaway bed. They can be opened between, for two couples or Mom, Dad and four children. These cozy, compact units allow for a relaxing, quiet home away from home.

 

Walk up the garden pathway to your own porch and enter directly into your unit. There are sitting areas in front of the large picture windows where you can see the Christmas tree or the birdfeeder, while lounging on the loveseat or in the armchair watching TV. In the summer an air-conditioner is there for your comfort and in winter the gas fireplace invites you to curl up with a book.

 

 

A kitchenette makes for an intimate stay which works out perfectly as guests in the efficiency units are separate from the B&B and are not allowed by state regulations to be served breakfast. For your convenience there are the following: fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, dishes, microwave, coffee, tea, and sugar, dishes. The necessary stores are just a short walk away.

From the comfortable queen bed, you can enjoy the TV and fireplace. The large bathroom has a bath/showers unit and there is a telephone with email access for the business person. If you have babies we, as Grandparents, have the following available upon request: stroller, playpen/crib, backpack, highchair, wading pool. The village park and the Nannen Arboretum are a short walk away

  • Holidays and Festival Weekends usually have a two or three night minimum stay requirement.

  • Corporate or long-stay rates may be available depending on the season.

  • Ask about using the three main floor rooms for small weddings or executive retreats.

Weekday Spring/Summer/Fall Specials:

  • 4 day/3 night per person (double occupancy) is $119/person for king bedroom (Yes, that is $40/day/person). If you are planning a golf package, take $40 for your room and breakfast and add between $27 and $49 for 18 holes of golf depending on the course.

Weekday Ski Special:

  • $99 per day/person (double occupancy) for two to five nights.
    Each day you get your accommodation, a sumptuous breakfast, picnic lunch, lift ticket to either Holiday Valley or HoliMont. Adjustments can be made if a lift ticket or lunch is not wanted or used. Imagine all that for only $99/day.

Note that weekday specials are Sun. night through Thurs. night except Sundays that fall on a festival or holiday.
