Please take a few moments to acquaint yourself with the following policies and reservation details at The Jefferson Inn.

Arrival/Departure Time/Early Check In

Check-in is between the hours of 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.; check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

The Early Check-In Option is $40 hours are 1:00 - 3:00 pm.

Please call us directly to arrange check in after our regular Check-in times.

so that we may ensure someone is here to greet you.

Payment Method

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash accepted.

Reservations & Cancellation Policy

Reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to stay.

The credit card on file will automatically be charged unless other arrangements are made prior to final payment. If the reservation is made within the last month the full amount is charged when making the reservation. There is no credit or refund for early departure or if a reservation is cancelled or rescheduled less than 30 days prior to your stay unless the room is re-rented. If the room is re-rented, a refund is given less a service charge of $15 per room.

We reserve the right to change your room to an equal or better room without notification.

Rates

Rates are for double/single occupancy and do not include tax or gratuities. Choosing the Option of the Available Rate will include a Full gourmet breakfast served in our dining room for the five in house guest rooms. Choosing the Best Rate Option, does not include the breakfast: however, you will receive a discounted rate. Please let us know in advance of any food restrictions a week prior to your stay so that we can make accommodations.

Our Cottage Suites do not receive breakfast as they come with an efficiency kitchen.

An additional two people can be accommodated in the Mary O’Rourke Suite for an extra fee of $50 per person per night. The two adjacent Cottage Suites can accommodate a third person and/or a pet for an additional fee of $25 per night and $40 for one person.
